Insightful, friendly, and reliable

After the pandemic started, some professors became too used to not helping their students much. Michael has helped clarify lessons and concepts my professor did not go over. I had not coded much in over a year and a half so using verilog and remembering syntax etc has been a bit of a pain, but Michael has been patient and understanding. Breaks concepts down and you're able to ask just about anything because he will have the answer.

Knows his stuff, good at teaching

Michael allows me to figure out as much as I can on my own and only intervenes when I get stuck and ask for help, which is exactly what I want from a tutor. We have been figuring out voltage current and ohm problems on electronic circuits, and I definitely come away from the lesson understanding how to go about figuring out these problems. Strong recommend.

Michael is awesome!!

I had a very challenging project to do and Michael was extremely helpful. He put in a great amount of effort to complete it by the deadline even though it was long and complicated and explained everything to me. He was very understanding and definitely an expert. He replicates the students' environment to make sure the code is working on both ends as expected. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend working with him!!!

Very helpful and knowledgable

When I asked for help on a specific topic, Michael took his time explaining it to me until I understood it. He was very patient with me as I took him through a project that I needed to be completed.

very helpful

Building a carry lookahead adder for school project. Michael is very helpful, knowledgable, and patient. I got almost zero instruction from my professor so working with Michael has been a game changer for me.
