A very nice, kind and knowledgable teacher
Amanda is a very nice and kind teacher. She is also very patient. She always give out really useful tips that is easy to remember. She give very adequately amount of homework which helps me a lot. She like to encourage student a lot, and he like to give a lot of uselful suggestions about which video you can see to improve and have better knowledge of Human Geography.

Helpful with FRQ questions.
During Covid-19, CollegeBoard stated that many AP exams (including AP Human Geography) would be FRQ question only. Since I was doing rather poorly at answering questions of this format, panicking would be an understatement. Thankfully, Amanda helped improve my knowledge on how to answer these types of questions. She helped me understand what different key words to look for, and how to fully answer what the question expects from me. We reviewed over the units and I practiced different FRQs. Amanda greatly helped me by giving me tips and reminding me of my forgotten knowledge. She obviously has in-depth knowledge of this subject and she has many resources she can pull up to help me improve. Overall, a wonderful knowledgeable tutor.
