I am a passionate, patient, fun, outgoing, dedicated individual, that is looking to make a difference in an individual's life. I have a master's in counseling psychology, and so I can understand and relate to people easily. I love helping people, and experience great joy from seeing the light bulb go off or helping someone understand a concept, something that they will take with them forever. I am able to use creative techniques to help someone understand a concept or idea, and I am also great at working with individuals with special needs. I worked at a therapeutic day school for one year for youths ages 10-21 with behavioral and emotional issues. I have helped many high-school age and college students with their academics.
Enlist my services, and you will see how I get results.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
