Tim is a great man. He did a good job helping me with my research paper. I would have liked to work in person instead of email, but he was so kind and gave me all the help I needed over email.
Hi Ayah: Thank you for the very nice review. Tim.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Minnesota Law School. I studied for the Illinois Bar Exam on my own and I passed the Illinois Bar Exam. I have been a licensed attorney in Illinois since January of 2007. I have practiced law in Illinois since January of 2007. I have experience in business law, collection law, immigration law, employment law, family law and criminal law.
I have a bachelor's degree in religious studies and philosophy (with high distinction in religious studies) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have a master's degree in theology from the University of Notre Dame. I took several Bible courses at both universities.
I have a Master in Business Administration from DePaul University. I also have a Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Minnesota Law School. I have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. I have experience setting up corporations and limited liability companies as an attorney. I also have experience drafting and reviewing many types of business contracts (e.g., commercial real estate leases, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, etc...). I even helped a Chinese business set up its subsidiary here and obtain an L-1A visa for one of its managers.
I have a bachelor's degree in religious studies and philosophy. I took logic, symbolic logic and advanced symbolic logic as an undergraduate. I earned A's in all three classes. I also have several advanced degrees, including a law degree.
I would like to tutor students taking logic and perhaps advanced symbolic logic classes. Basically, I would like to help people recognize fallacies of logic.
