When I was a kid my folks brought in a Tutor for math. He helped quite a bit because it helped me focus on what I was supposed to do. In addition, my favorite past times are music guitar and Chess I never get enough of these two things when I am doing other work so I decided to Tutor these subjects and some others like computers.
I have a very nice conference room for training in. I also train professionals in the environmental business for over 15 years teaching experience large or small groups or one on one.
I am a professional with a solid record as an environmental scientist with accomplishments in business management Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), and distinguished as an U.S. Army Veteran. I am also an Industrial Hygienist (IH) a Registered Professional Industrial Hygienist, member of the Association of Professional Industrial Hygienists, highly skilled by means of professional experience complimented by a variety of business management, legal, and all diversified forms of hazards recognition skills as an expert in the EHS field. My educational emphasis in business, marketing, law, and being former ACGIH enable me with other talents to freelance currently in Global Affairs. My diverse background as an computer expert includes experience as an EHS professional, with multi-talents in safety management, other advanced nuclear safety engineering, and computer skills. For example, designing SOPs for matters such as nuclear decommissioning or using advanced Microsoft applications. My degree is in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management. I have excellent interpersonal skills (as time and the situations allow), knowledge of EHS in Superfund, and most all forms engineering or technical support. I have expertise in facilitation for consensus meetings for government, business, labor, international regulatory issues, and communities. I am an expert in environmental design or hazard analysis to perform in most any setting by finding solutions to complex problems by recognition, evaluation, formulating concepts, feasibility studies, estimating, design, PSM teams, modeling, air permitting, negotiations for approvals, implementation, and setting up monitoring controls. I have skills as a Union Journeyman Piledriver UBC Carpenter and Constructor, Project Manager, USACOE EHS regulations, OSHA, and manufacturing safety. I can assist with HAZOP’s and more so Job Safety Analysis, and FMEA. My strong communication skills demonstrate action for full safety, emergency response, industrial hygiene and waste management services in business.

Rates are negotiable for using my conference room and it is cheaper; $45.00 per hour for some courses. Group rates are less.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I learned how to play chess when I was three years old that was 50 years ago! My favorite chess board is a Harley Davidson limited addition. I like using knight and many forking movements in blazing offenses or tricky defenses. I like to verge of interesting gambits but prefer a conservative start.
I can teach the game as well as proficiency. Its' history is also very interesting!
I learned to play acoustical guitar from my Uncle in an acoustical setting a Wooden Water Tower, on hill somewhere south of Salinas, California. Back in the early 70's, it filled my mind with music of that really fun and free era, never to be forgotten as long as I live.
I teach Guitar. I have folk and electric guitars to teach on. Students can be male or female, any age.
I also have a conference room and an amplifier. I write music and do music videos.
I am a professional. My music is extraordinary; modern, old and new. It is hip, cool. It can be Rock and Roll, Country, and Classical.
