I have experience tutoring students in Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Intermediate Algebra, Algebra 2, College Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Trigonometry, Calculus I, II, III , Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations.
I have experience tutoring students in Physical Science and Middle School Physics, High School Physics (Regular and Honors), and AP Physics.
I also have experience in teaching ACT (Math and Science sections only). I provide information to students on test taking skills, time management, and simple approaches to complicated problems.
Students whom I have tutored have performed exceptionally well, scoring mostly A's and B's and most of them have continued working with me throughout their high school careers.
I teach Math and Physics in the summer as well, for students who want to continue / catch up / excel in their skills, or prepare themselves for ACT. Hello!

Nima tutored my son on geometry once. We decided not to continue with him just because my son started to work with his teacher during lunch hours. Nima was prompt, reachable and very pleasant. If I need a tutor any time for future, I will definitely hire Nima.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
