When I was young I was constantly surrounded by teaching materials and diverse students. My mom has been a piano teacher for all of her life and was constantly telling me tips and tricks for teaching as well as imposing on me a love to see a student progress and succeed. After I became a young adult I began taking up students myself teaching in group settings and one-on-one settings as well. This became something that I learned to enjoy. I continued for many years and had tons of fun with my students varying in many ages. This prepared me to provide effective teaching methods not only in piano but other subjects as well!
I have a passion for writing. Whether it be a normal essay or a crazy creative writing project, I have been know to get excited and spend extra time just making it perfect!! Weird I know. Bottom line, if it's art...odds are I have experience in it.
I have had a poem and a writing published. I have a love for English and writing. I love to teach and help others succeed.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I completed an advanced art class in which I had to complete several drawings and sketches. All of which received perfect score. I have four years of teaching experience.
I taught piano for four years. I have played piano my whole life. I won state and first runner up in a national piano duet competition. I have performed numerous times in front of large audiences.
