I just retired from 40 years of teaching high level math students and English/Reading students in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. I have had most of my students enter high school beyond expectations of teachers and I have amazing success with helping students test out of basic classes. I have amazing references and know how to move the most unmotivated students into positive life long learning habits... ask any of my students' parents!
Students need to understand individual level and a tactical level and I understand this because of my experience with students.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
