A former National Institutes of Health researcher, I am interested in childhood development especially neurogenesis and how this can be translated into learning for both children and adults. I believe that a good tutor is someone who can help a student see, listen, feel and get a taste of life.
I teach a number of different classes including General Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, Microarray and research practice. I enjoy working with students individually or in small groups to build their problem solving skills develop effective study habits.
