I am a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, formerly Clark College. I taught in New York City inner schools for 10 years, kindergarten first and fourth grades as a classroom teacher, third and sixth grade reading teacher.
I am the director of an after-school program and summer program for students.
I have a graduate degree from Interdenominational Theological Center-Christian Education and Psychology of Religion. I have credits towards an MBA also a Masters in Education.
I have substitute taught in the Clayton County School System since 2005, elementary through high school.At present I am in an autism class working with functional students.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
