My name is Larry and I am excited to get to know you! My mom is from Taiwan and my father is from the United States. I speak English, French and Mandarin. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

In my 10 years of teaching, I believe people can do whatever they put their mind into, whether that be learning a new language or something important to them. I want to get to know you so that I can help you learn in a way that Mandarin becomes a part of you. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy working out, rock climbing, and traveling. I hope to give you a new and exciting educational experience! I’ll see you soon! 

I excelled in math and believe in building a strong foundation for kids first so people know how to use math in a practical sense.

I tutored geography at a 4 year university level. I worked in labs using GIS and other geography softwares. Larry likes to use today's current affairs and cultural backgrounds to make geography fun for people in teaching.

I earned my Bachelor's degree from BYU-Idaho and have been tutoring since 2007. I am a challenging yet patient and captivating teacher who always leaves the student with an assignment and clear outline of what to practice.

I enjoy exploring different ways to approach the lesson so that each individual student can learn visually, aesthetically, and experimentally.
