My love for the game of basketball comes from a deep passion of wanting to succeed at the highest level. As a former player, I know what it takes to achieve greatness on and off the court. I've played against the best of the best when it comes to players, including high school stars and current NBA players. My goal is to share my knowledge and skills to mold students into the best basketball players that they want to become. I was lucky enough to have great coaches, mentors, and teammates around that helped me take my game to the next level which is why I want to help mold the next superstar.
I specialize in developing 1 on 1 moves to get past any defender, becoming a better ball handler, increasing your shooting efficiency and how to lock your opponent down. Whether we are working on offense or defense, one of my goals for each session is to challenge students while giving them the flexibility to learn at their own pace without making it a difficult learning process. This will be a fun and easy learning experience.
I'm confident in my ability to teach and I hold a high standard. My goal is provide value while adding fun to our sessions. I'll never bill for a lesson that the student or parent is not completely satisfied with my tutoring.
I try to be as flexible as possible with time. I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy but I'll always try to makeup for lost time.
I'm willing to travel to the student if it is more comfortable and convenient for the student.
What makes me an outstanding basketball tutor is my wealth of knowledge on both sides of court such as offense and defense. I posted one of the highest shooting efficiency rating during my playing time. Another key attribute is that I know how to play all 5 positions so I'm knowledgeable tutoring centers, guards, etc.
You can contact me via email to discuss your specific goals and to schedule your lessons. I look forward to helping you achieve great results! In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I was one of several players who ranked in the top shooting percentage in the entire state of GA. I've played all five positions in basketball so I'm knowledgeable in playing in the post or as a guard. I've competed and played with some of the top high school and current NBA players including DJ Augustine, Cameron Tatum, Nathaniel Roche, etc.
