Michelle is an great tutor. She breaks the problems down where the student understands. My son has been able to grasp the geometry concepts better since being tutored by Michelle.
Ms. Michelle is absolutely great. She knows how to reach my daughter on a level that most people can't. She was able to increase her Math grade from a D to a B. Michelle is very patient and understanding of changing schedules. We will definitely be soliciting her assistance in 2011.
Michelle has been working with my 16-year-old son for a few months now, and we have seen his understanding and his grades steadily improve. Michelle is a prompt and efficient tutor, as well as a very sincere and likeable person. It's very convenient to have someone who can tutor both Algebra and Chemistry.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
