Wendy N. has been an educational mentor to many students during the past three years. Her professional speaking engagements include; Toastmasters International Piedmont Fayette Chapter, local public high schools, a teen mission trip in San Jose, Costa Rica, Women's Aglow, Teen Aglow, and various church youth groups. She has a strong passion to help teens and adults identify their unique purpose. She also believes it is critical to be a strong successful leader to create a professional development action plan to consistently enhance personal growth.
Wendy N. has worked as a substitute teacher since 2001 and has personally worked with many students to help them improve their grades. She has organizational techniques that she uses to help students remember to work on assignments using a day planner and setting alarm reminders on their cell phones. She encourages the students to avoid procrastination when working on assignments and try to pace themselves and learn to work smarter by working proactively not reactively.
Wendy N. has over 20 years experience as a training instructor teaching Executive Administrative Assistants techniques on how to work smarter not harder using the Microsoft Applications. She has unique organizational techniques to help adults and students learn to work as a business owner.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
