I have been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center. I passed the NJ bar exam on my 1st try and 20 years later, I recently passed the Georgia bar exam on the 1st try while practicing full time. Taking 2 different bar exams, one right out of law school, and the other as an experienced practitioner, gave me a clear understanding of why many bar applicants need much more than a bar review class to pass. I can guide you through the studying process, focusing on time management as well as the emotional and psychological aspects of successfully preparing for and taking the bar exam.

Cynthia was a wonderful tutor for my daughter. She did an excellent job preparing her for the ACT in the area of English. Her score went from a 24 to a 30 after having 8 weeks of tutoring sessions with Cynthia. She was patient, kind and always pleasant to be around. She also was very informative about tips on how to overcome her test anxiety and also well prepared food to have before the test and snacks during the test. I would highly recommend using Cynthia as a tutor for anyone looking to excel in the area of English.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
