I am currently employed with Fulton County School System at Westlake High School, as an U.S. and World History teacher. I have obtained my Master’s of Business Administration and Master’s of Public Administration. I am currently Gifted Endorsed and AP certified in World and U.S. History. And, I was selected by Educational Testing Service as an AP Reader this summer. Served as a Presenter at the Georgia Council for Social Studies. I am coming with 8 years experience in the education system.
Since my employment with Westlake, I have maintained high integrity and always keep abreast of new and exciting teaching methods. I have faithfully attended professional learning classes and any workshops that will assist me in perfecting my craft. I have created and facilitated a program to assist students with Georgia High Graduation Test Tutorials. I am apart of the Teach U.S. History Grant program for Fulton County. I will serve as an interviewer for the Governor's Honors Program for the State of Georgia. And, I was selected as the Social Studies Department, Teacher of the Month for December 2010.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
