I'm Torrellas (Rellas) and I graduated from college with a Bachelors in Biology along with Chemistry. Recently, I completed my Masters in Biology. I began tutoring mainly math while I was a senior in high school (Algebra, Geometry, etc). I continued to tutor in college except I switched to science courses (Biology, Chemistry, etc). I have now been tutoring for 15 years.

After completing undergrad, I began working in a Molecular and Immunogenetics laboratory at Emory University Hospital. While employed there, I taught clinical rotations to medical school residents as well as medical technologist students, particularly the science of my laboratory.

I want to benefit any student that I work with and provide them with a tutoring experience specific to their learning technique. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule a session.

In my experience, I have been able to identify my students particular learning style and provide them with tutoring specific to their needs.

As a science tutor, I found it is easier to teach with analogies to provide students with learning through another concept they already understand.

I began learning Spanish at the age of 8. I continued my education through college.
