Being artistic to work with students having difficulties to be successful in their Mathematics Courses by promoting student learning and engagement as metacognitive components to fulfill their potential; and communicate effectively with them by providing assistance not only to help them achieve their personal and academic goals, but also meet the Curriculum Standards of Mathematics adopted by State Department of Education.
Being in the classroom with High Schools and College Students for about 18 years, I have experienced many obstacles encountered by them before completing their tasks to get success in mathematics. By using real life applications, and other concrete examples in class, I will be able not only to fulfill their potential of learning and increase their metacognitive learning for a better understanding to promote success.
