I am currently a writing coach. My areas of expertise include grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and composition. I teach a foundational grammar and composition course in addition to one-on-one tutoring. I like to make learning educational and offer real-life examples to help you grasp the material.
My approach to tutoring is understanding each student, forming a bond with him or her, and working to improve performance in all areas of writing. My approach is to focus on areas in which students need improvement and are stronger in and create lessons to strengthen and enforce those areas of strengths and weaknesses. I specialize in brainstorming, writing effective sentences, and making English interactive!
My approach to tutoring is making writing relatable. I want you to get the most out of each session so my approach is to provide lessons that will get you to think. I love tutoring because it allows me to provide one-on-one instruction to students and really help students in areas they need improvement. In addition to having a Bachelor's Degree, I also have completed Graduate coursework. My approach to tutoring is for upward progress.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
