Hello there! I'm Casey, a dedicated and experienced tutor specializing in Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Writing. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and I have a strong background in customer service and problem-solving.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, understanding, and a firm belief that every student can master the subjects I teach. I break down complex concepts into manageable parts, using real-world examples to make the material relatable and easier to understand. I also provide plenty of practice problems to reinforce learning and boost confidence.
In my tutoring sessions, I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe in the power of positive reinforcement and celebrate every improvement, no matter how small. I'm also a firm believer in the importance of clear communication and feedback, and I encourage my students to voice any questions or concerns they may have.
