I've been working in my career field for about sixteen years. I have filled positions in companies as a Systems Analyst and currently employed as a Senior Network Technician; I've been with my current company for over seven years. I hold a Masters Degree in Information Technology and have extensive knowledge with all current versions of Microsoft Windows going all the way back to Windows 3.1. I also have extensive knowledge of the operation and configuration of Microsoft Office; including basic formulas for Excel. I also have some experience with Webpage design.
The bulk of my duties at all of my previous jobs and my current one has been break/fix so I have over twenty years of experience fixing software as well as hardware related problems. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I consider myself an intermediate when setting up an Access Database. I have designed numerous databases for my current company as well as my previous company.
I have knowledge of creating tables, creating key fields, creating forms, creating reports as well as some basic formula for creating queries.
