About Russ

I have over 25 years' experience in helping and training people of all ages and skill levels, going all the way back to my final years in the military. I have worked with people who wanted or needed to learn applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook as well as MS Project & MS Visio. I have taught A+ and Network+ preparing individuals for their certification exam.

I have taught computer networking, basic computers, database design, business management, and math at the college level, while at the same time volunteering at local elementary, middle and high schools, where I loved helping students understand; math, science, and technology. I enjoy seeing the light go on when I explain something in simple understandable terms or everyday language and examples. To hear someone say "I got it."
