Greetings and salutations! My name is Ryan, and I have graduated with a dual degree in mathematics and philosophy with some graduate coursework in math. I worked for one year as a Teacher's Assistant (TA) in my university's math department for finite math and precalculus, and absolutely loved working with the students. I want to help students, especially those who are not as strong in math as they'd like to be, and so what I appreciate the most from tutoring is bringing the student to the "aha!" moment where they understand now what they didn't before.
My experience as a TA has taught me a lot; I independently planned and led review sessions over difficult concepts in college-level courses, as well as collaborated with university professionals to develop efficient learning strategies.
Experience as math tutor, TA.
Degree in mathematics
Degree in mathematics with considerable course load in undergraduate physics.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me! I absolutely adore mathematics and look forward to helping anyone else appreciate its beauty as well!
