For years, I have facilitated Career Development Courses to a diverse group of learners, in which I am highly qualified to tutor and teach the content of Career Development. Various Career Development topics that I have taught to students are as follows: performance base interviewing, mock interviewing preparations, job search strategies, communication skills, selecting internships, creating resumes, social networking, interpersonal skills, time management and study skills. Being certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner, and being certified as a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider have been beneficial in the learning process concerning students grasping the concept of Career Development. Achieving a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification allowed me to increase students’ awareness of organizational processes and process improvements, in which the Lean Six Sigma processes can be leverage across various career paths for students. Being a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider, allowed me to educate students on future healthcare trends in relation to Career Development.
