I'm Janai. I'm a certified teacher. I have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish. I'm certified to teach grades K-12. I tutor all subjects, except Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Calculus, and Statistics. I have tutored since I was a child. I love to teach, educate, and help. I have served as a tutor at my church, my college, and at Oxford Learning while I was in college. I taught school for approximately 2 years and some change. I taught grades 10-11; 6th and 8th; and Kindergarten through 5th grade...

I also teach piano lessons. I have been playing the piano since I was 7 years old. I like to figure out what my students' likes and dislikes are so that I can find the best way to teach them and reach them. I also like to contact their teachers if it is at all possible to find out how I might be able to intervene where they may be falling behind in their classes.

Glad We Found Janai…

My 6th Grader’s started 2nd semester with Spanish class. So I came back to Wyzant looking for a Spanish tutor and found Janai. My Granddaughter is enjoying Spanish with Janai and for that I’m very grateful.
