Georgia College and Sate University (English)
If you're looking for an enthusiastic tutor with a love for the English language, computer languages, and the amazing language of mathematics, look no further, good pupil!
I am a daily learner in these nearly infinite areas myself and would be happy to share your journey with you.
I have ten years of experience in tutoring basic computer skills to seniors and residents of the more rural areas of Georgia, three years tutoring English to students of both technical colleges and universities, and an amazing year tutoring and teaching English in Japan.
I've also formally taught at-risk youth the beautiful and wondrous world of the English language and using it creatively. (And am incredibly proud to say that every one of my students had work that appeared in an age-specific literary journal)
My work has appeared in two college literary journals, a small town newspaper, and a university's scientific journal.
I am the tutor that will help you reach your full potential in your writing and your communication in the English language. Language is a complex, and constantly evolving, art of communication. I will help YOU understand what YOU want to say and how YOU want to say it. My job is to help you find your voice and show you how to use it.
If you're learning English as a second language, I personally understand the trials one goes through in acquiring new languages and will be the bridge you need between what you already know and how you need to say it.
Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your needs or schedule a session. Hi there!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
