Her double undergraduate degree was in contemplative psychology concentrating in health and healing and in traditional Eastern arts concentrating in yoga. She specializes in Chiropractic pediatrics and prenatal care through her Post-doctorate specialty certification with the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is currently undergoing a Functional Neurology certification program in Childhood Developmental Disorders through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
