I love to help kids develop a work ethic, sense of esteem and teamwork skills. I've learned valuable life skills playing sports and I believe many kids can do the same.
I played baseball all the way through high-school. I was then accepted to Syracuse University based on academics. While at Syracuse, I made the men's basketball team as a walk-on. Ultimately, I transferred to St. John's University and also walked-on to the men's basketball team. I look forward to passing down many of the lessons I've learned in sports and education.
I have an MBA and Master's Degree in Accounting. I always enjoyed and excelled in math while in school. From algebra to geometry to accounting, I am very comfortable working with numbers and problem solving.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I've played organized baseball through high school. I've worked in Production for the New York Yankees. I also currently play recreational softball twice per week during the spring, summer and fall in Metro Atlanta.
I was able to walk-on to two major NCAA Division I basketball teams. I played with Syracuse University from 1990-1991. I later transferred to St. John's University and played from 1993-1994. I continue to play recreational-league basketball when time permits.
