Hello. My name is Rett. I am an Instructor of Mathematics at Oglethorpe University and Georgia Perimeter College in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been teaching college math for 7 years and before that, I tutored full-time in a mathematics lab at Gainesville State College. I am comfortable tutoring middle school to college level math, from pre-Algebra

Christopher was a great tutor. He broke everything down to my understanding, he even made up questions so that he could make sure I understood what I was doing. I definitely would work with him again

Rett (Christopher M.) has been working with my H.S. Junior weekly on Algebra for a couple of months now. In addition to being knowledgeable, he is very personable and patient. He has been very helpful in developing her conceptual grasp of Algebra and problem solving. He doesn't just go over worksheets and talk at her but asks her questions that enable him to analyze and address her misunderstandings in a very direct way. Her confidence level has improved and her frustration level decreased relative to her class participation and performance at school. I credit Rett for his excellent communication and coaching skills.

Christopher was awesome. He explained the details of the subject matter and my assignment to where I could easily understand it. He started with the concepts and broke them down to where I got the basics and he added from there. Very easy to follow. Great sense of humor.

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I teach college algebra courses regularly. However, I can tailor my instruction to match any level: middle school pre-algebra, high school algebra I, high school algebra II, or college algebra.

I have used Excel for many years as a contract analyst and as a college instructor. I can help you with anything form getting started to pivot tables!

I regularly teach Precalculus/Trig at the college level.

I have a Master's in Statistics through the ISYE program of Georgia Tech (ranked #1 Industrial and Systems Engineering program in the country), and I have taught Statistics at the college level for 6 years.
