Hi! I’m Alina, a second-year student at Emory University studying Applied Mathematics and Statistics. My passion for math began in high school, where I participated in numerous competitive math tournaments, eventually qualifying for the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME). I have achieved top scores on various standardized tests, including an 800 on the SAT Math section, a 36 on ACT Math, and 5s on AP Calculus AB, BC, and Statistics.
I have been tutoring since high school, accumulating over 100 hours of experience. Initially, I focused on tutoring middle school and 5th-grade students in competition math, helping them achieve success in state-level tournaments and national competitions. Since graduating high school, I have shifted my focus to tutoring high school math, covering subjects such as Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus AB and BC.
