Hello, my name is Aayam! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Peak to Peak Charter in 2022. I currently attend Emory University in Atlanta, GA. I am a finance & computer science double major with a 3.930 Major GPA. I finished my recent semester with a 4.0. My favorite classes in high school were AP US History, AP Psychology, and APCSA. These classes helped broaden my perspective, developed my critical thinking/writing skills, and shaped my interests going into undergrad. At Emory, my favorite class thus far has been Business Law. The course covers the fundamentals of law, contract law, and more. The class material is applicable in the real world every single day. 

My tutoring experience spans different grade levels and subjects. In middle school, I tutored Kindergarten students. I assisted them with phonetics and simple arithmetic/counting. My primary objective was to foster a sense of enjoyment when learning. In high school, I briefly tutored 3rd grade students. I read books with them to improve their comprehension. During the summers, I spent the first few weeks helping other high school students make up credits for classes they needed to graduate. Subjects ranged from Human Geography, Algebra, English, etc. 

For my time in college, I have been a teaching assistant for a data science course with coding. During office hours, I will meet one-on-one with students or in groups to review challenging course concepts and assist with pending assignments.

When it comes to studying, I like to be efficient; this way, I can focus on other priorities or take the time to relax. I hope I can be a great help to you!
