I spent the majority of my undergraduate time at Brown heavily involved in teaching and tutoring for STEM and writing. With experience working with both undergraduate and graduate students, my strengths come from finding what works for individual students rather than a one size fits all approach. I am especially comfortable with teaching STEM concepts to students from non-STEM backgrounds.

As a first year medical student, I enjoy sharing study and testing skills with others looking to apply to medical school. I strongly believe in reading-based skills for test day, which means that my tutoring has a strong practice-based approach. This allows students to improve pacing and identify key components of problems in order to perform well on exams.

I scored in the 99th percentile on the MCAT (132/130/131/130) and have extensive experience in preparing students of both STEM and non-STEM backgrounds for success on these subjects. I draw from a diverse variety of test resources with emphasis on pacing and endurance for testing day. Students will walk away not only feeling prepared for test day but also with important study skills for future examinations.

Whether you are taking the MCAT as an undergraduate student or beginning to study it after several gap years, I would like to help! Lessons and plans are made for individual students, making sure that everyone gets the attention they deserve.
