Greetings! Thank you for visiting my profile page. I have spent my career in higher education as a Psychology Professor for the past 25 years. As a college professor, I am skilled in oral and written communication (reading, writing, spelling). I have taught courses at the undergraduate level including General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Adolescent Psychology, Industrial Psychology and Sport Psychology. I have also taught college-level courses in Student Success which cover time management, note-taking, approaches to text book reading and test-taking approaches. I also have a background in Sport Psychology which allows me to assist students with motivation and goal-setting.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
