I Began tutoring in 2005 after I took my first math class in college. It did not take to long for me to discover my passion for teaching and I quickly settled on a path as a math major with the intent on a career in teaching. While pursuing my degree I tutored middle school, high school, and college students in all areas of math, including statistics. After receiving a bachelors of science degree in pure math from the University of Central Florida in 2012, I began teaching in a classroom setting at Valencia college. My teaching philosophy is never let a student complete a task without understanding the fundamental concepts. I encourage my students to never do anything without understanding why they are doing what they are.
As a math major my understanding of Algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, and statistics is thorough. With10+ years of experience teaching both individually and in classrooms, my ability to communicate and connect fundamental concepts and ideas makes me an extremely effective teacher. I love teaching as means of helping others to grow and succeed, and would be ecstatic at the opportunity to help you or your family member to be successful as well.

Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics.

Please contact me if you are looking for an experienced tutor with a passion for helping students be successful.

Great sessions!

My son (11th grade) is taking AP Calculus and having a hard time with the pace of the course and fully understanding the concepts. Keith worked closely with my son to address the key areas where he is struggling the most. My son really enjoyed the lessons and plans to do more tutoring sessions with Keith.

great teacher

Great tutor, he took the time to explain with detail and make sure I am ready for my text. I highly recommend him.

Excellent teacher

Keith is a patient teacher and study partner. He explains concepts in clear terms to a student with a limited math background and poor math functionality. Very helpful sessions with Keith.

Keith is really Awesome, and I highly recommend him 😁

Keith is super personable, kind, has been very accommodating with my sons crazy schedule. My son really likes working with him šŸ™Œ Highly recommend him 😁. It’s not easy to find a great math tutor but Keith seems to be one.

Patient, and has great teaching skills.

Keith was very patient with me because I am an adult learner. We went over slopes, and linear model in a very short time. I will definitely request his vast knowledge in Quantitative Reasoning again.

Amazing Tutor!

I began tutoring with Keith at the beginning of my Quarter semester all the way to the very end (having one in the day of my final!) and he has been an amazing tutor. He is patient with your questions and makes sure you understand the concepts and the why's of how things works. I ended up passing the class with a higher grade that I ever thought I could pull. If you need a good math tutor I cannot recommend him enough!

Super helpful. Understood the concepts right away and was available within 24 hours. Will definitely use him again soon.

I learned some aspects of trigonometry. Topics covered included reference angles, reference numbers, terminal points, sign of cosine and sine in each quadrant, law of sines and law of cosines.

Knowledgable and easy to understand

I missed some of the fundamentals of trigonometry, but Keith helped me catch up to speed. My confidence in my trig skills has drastically improved after a few lessons with him. He has a talent for wording difficult concepts into chunks that are easy to understand, and he will build up from what you already know to make it make sense.
