Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have been an active writer and performer for more than ten years, specializing in narrative nonfiction, film, and theatre. I have written for CBS Radio, Marketing Management, and other business firms, building creative copy and ad campaigns. Study Skills

Developing solid study habits is a goal everyone should aspire to achieve. It can help not just in your school work, but in your future career and home life as well! I am a professional marketing and project manager with many years of experience balancing multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously. As someone who has negotiated full-time employment with 3 kids (and even at one point, a full-time Rollins MBA program where I graduated top of my class), I've learned how to maximize results, no matter how much time you have. I work with students to develop study plans that fit their particular daily schedules. Every student learns in his or her own way and it is my goal to unlock the methods that will serve you best today and for years to come.

Theatre

I received my BFA in Acting from Boston University, one of the top conservatory actor training programs in the country. Since then, I have worked professionally, successfully, for many years in Off-Broadway and Regional Theatre, including the Huntington Theater Company in Boston, MA and Blue Man Group. I have coached and directed students at most age levels, from pre-teen to college and conducted master classes for multiple arts programs in Boston, New York, and Orlando. I currently perform with the Orlando company of Blue Man Group.
