I'm a Canadian working mom. I have a good experience teaching my kids through elementary school. They are three young men now. They are very successful in their education. I love tutoring and teaching all kinds of knowledge in French. Reading stories, explaining math, etc. I have been working in a non-profit organization, helping families in all aspects of life. I had a smooth way of communication with all age's categories. All communication and workshops that I mastered were in French. I used to produce reports and financial reports and I had to explain every single aspect to my board, which requires a high level of presentation and should be clear for everyone. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and I have a certificate in French language from COFI Montreal Canada. Also Arabic is my native language.
My approach is built on having a very good relationship with my student, based on understanding and trust. What I usually do at the first meeting, is talk to the student and let him open up about his points of strength and weakness, his hopes, and fears, his responsibilities, and rights, his dreams. I reformulate all of that into goals and a structured plan with different levels and small goals to reach out at the end the final goal of success and self-confidence. I personally consider the success of my student is my main goal.
I lived and worked in Canada for 20 years speaking both French and English fluently.
My way of tutoring is to have fun and love the language as well.
