I am a certified Microsoft Office Specialist and Master Instructor with 20+ years of training experience. My specialties include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access in addition to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
As an adult-learning instructor for corporations and a local university, my goal is to help students reach their goals in the software arena.

I am a certified Microsoft Office Specialist and Master Instructor with 20+ years of training experience. My specialties include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access in addition to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
As an adult-learning instructor for corporations and a local university, my goal is to help students reach their goals in the software arena.
It is important that every student enjoy their learning experience.
My experience has been that having fun while learning increases retention so, I challenge students with interactive topic Q & As and reinforcement exercises.
I ask for mutual respect of time with an 4-hour cancellation policy. Schedule permitted, makeup sessions are available.
Tutoring sessions are available online as well as in-person for students in my area.

With corporate experience in the financial services space - financing, banking and insurance, Excel is the top tool in my toolbox. From functions & formulas to data analysis, Excel is used in my practice everyday.
I teach to understanding rather than memorizing a series of executable steps. This approach empowers my students to use software more proficiently to get things done.

As an experienced continuing education instructor, I help students/users with all levels, functions and features of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
