I have been tutoring students since I was in high school. I have tutored children aged 10 in elementary school to adults as old as 60 years old. I've fallen in love with the tutoring profession and would love for you (or your child) to be as optimistic as I am about math subjects. I have recently attained my Bachelor's in Mathematics and a minor

I sent Jean my Calculus questions I need the most help with a head of time, so he could help me through them. He said he had looked at them, but when we met he was completely stumped on my first problem and then helped me incorrectly with the second one. I guess Calculus is not his strong suit.

Jean is awesome! He is so intelligent when it comes to stats! He is kind, very patient and really takes his time to make sure you understand the concepts and what you are learning. I will continue to work with him consistently.

Jean came prepared and was very knowledgable. He was able to quickly explain to me what I was not understanding. I will use him again.

Jean did a great job, he knew the subject matter well. He was very patient and gave me all the time i needed. I will definitely choose jean again.

Jean really did help me preparing for my probability and stat test for college level. We went over all the material for the exam and he explained it pretty well. He was very patient with answering questions. He was very knowledgeable with the subject. I absolutely recommend him if you need to understand probability and statistics.

Thank you Jean

He is everything you would want in an instructor, knowledgeable, good at explaining and answering your questions (I had many). I feel like the missing pieces I had have been filled in.

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I got a 29 on the ACT math section. I understand all that is required for the math section and could help you improve your score as well.

I am familiar with the steps of becoming an actuary as I set out to be one. I have a strong statistical and mathematical background to understand concepts covered. I have taken exam P/1 and passed and plan on taking FM/2.

I own textbooks on algebra. I could assign homework for those that struggle or teach from scratch, or get ahead of teachers and professors.

As a math major, I have taken a course in differential equations. I have done research in differential equations and am taking a course in partial differential equations.

I have worked with probability while attaining my minor in Statistics at FGCU. I also know probability by passing the actuary Exam P/1 which focused on probability and insurance probabilities. I've worked with Bayes Theorem, Law of Total Probability, probability density/mass functions, expectations, and moment generating functions.

I have a minor in statistics from FGCU. I have passed the actuary exam that involved statistics. I have been a teacher assistant in statistics. I am very familiar with probability theory, confidence intervals, regression and time series.

I have worked with trigonometry attaining my Bachelor's degree in mathematics at FGCU. I've tutored students in trig subjects. Some subjects I've exclusively tutored in trigonometry include memorizing the unit circle, trig function, trig identities/equations, complex numbers, and vectors.
