Hello! My name is Paul. If you have a child that needs help, or if you are just trying to excel on your own at math, look no further! I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Civil Engineering. I am very good at developing strategies and explaining math. I have helped tutor hundreds of students with math related problems. I've just about seen the entire spectrum of obstacles students face and I am good at helping them to overcome their difficulties. I have good sessions because I use the Socratic method (asking the right questions), identifying the problems quickly, and keeping the student motivated and engaged. We could meet in the safety of your own home or at a neutral place such as a library or coffee shop. Please send me an email today! Thanks! Hello! My name is Paul. Paul is very outstanding and very intelligent teacher. He is excellent and always makes sure
that I understand what he taught.
Paul is one of the most professional tutors our student has worked with: expert in the material, patient, supportive, prompt. He had a very affable personality as well which put her at tremendous ease.
Paul was a very nice man who tried very hard to help me the best way he could. After looking over the material he realized that it was beyond his learning. At the end I was still left with the same issue of not knowing how to do this work. I feel that if Paul was more knowledgeable about the subject I needed help with he would of been great.
I think there was a miscommunication somewhere about the course you were taking. It wasn't beyond "my learning". I understood the process but you are taking a project course that requires extensive Excel knowledge and I am a math major. I used my personal time to review excel for your project only to not hear back from you at all.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
