Anatomy and Physiology is the foundation of physical therapy. Anatomy and Physiology is one of my favorite subjects! Throughout all four years of my undergrad, anatomy and physiology was constant subject within almost every single exercise science course. I have taken two anatomy & physiology courses during my undergraduate studies. I have tutored and provided guidance for students in this subject.
I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science! As a student researcher, I was involved in a study regarding body composition for NFL Combine athletes pre and post combine training. I also have done research on reaction time and memory. I have knowledge in strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, sports nutrition, research methods, sports psychology, health and fitness, exercise prescription and motor learning.
