Great Teacher
Rosemary, 183 lessons with ElizabethMy son really enjoys and looks forward to his lesson with Elizabeth T. She is a wonderful teacher - always prepared. What I like best is that she has high standards but at the same time is very supportive. My son is learning a great deal!
I am a Sophomore attending Florida State University and a former IB student from the class of 2021. I have been tutoring Spanish for four years and I have helped students improve their grades, develop better study habits, and prepare for upcoming exams. While Spanish is not my first language, I have been successful in tutoring students because I understand how difficult learning a new language can be.
Feel free to reach out to me if you are having trouble with any of these courses: Spanish...

great teacher.
Elizabeth continues to work well with my daughter. She is invested in providing quality lessons. Since working with my daughter her grades have improved. My daughters teacher also recognized the positive impact that tutoring has had. I’m so appreciative.

not a tutor you can rely on
started well and seemed to have helped when we were in a difficult situation, but then acted like a child really getting offended that a 14 y.o. was not very enthusiastic about the work knowing that he does not like spanish and he has to pass this semester or otherwise he will have the whole year failed. she just dropped in the middle; a quitter really
Farhad, 9 lessons with ElizabethTutor responded:I understand that your child needed assistance in passing their semester but there is only so much I can do if they refuse to do the work on their own. I tutor because there are kids out there who want my help and are eager to improve. Tutoring requires teamwork and I can no longer provide the support your child needs if they are not willing to get involved. I love what I do and I want to see my students succeed. There is nothing I can do if a student is unmotivated or doesn't want to take my advice into consideration. I sincerely wish the best for your child and I hope they find the support they need to stay motivated in school and pass their class.
