This is how I have helped other presenters, instructors and briefers improve their delivery and impact during speeches and presentations, and it has worked for me over the years. Whether you are speaking to 10 people or 1,000, the basic concepts are the same, and public speaking is largely about your confidence in subject matter and yourself. That is what makes an effective speaker and presenter.
