Hello, my name is Nicholas. I completed my B.F.A. in 2003 and have been working in Asia for the past 6 years as a English, Art, Dance, and Journalism teacher. The student ages ranged from 10 to adult. With one year in Korea. 2 years in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the last 3 years in Bangkok, Thailand. I also have 2 years experience working for PARC with special needs adults. I have recently moved back to my home in St.Petersburg and would love the opportunity to broaden my teaching experience by working with younger students. I would love to set up an opportunity to see if there is a fit for me, as well as presenting my letters of recommendations.
I have 6 years experience as an activity based English Teacher in Asia. Teaching journalism, Arts, Photography, writing and public speaking.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have been working in Thailand for the past five years as an activity based English Teacher. In my classes, we would play games to encourage self-confidence in speaking. We would also do out of class assignments, so the students have ownership of what they presented.
