As an instructor in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department at SBU I taught dental students and residents the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
It was a fulfilling experience and was as much a learning experience for me as well. My philosophy is to keep things positive and focused, that helps the student with getting motivated.
I don't believe there are non-learners, if you have initiated tutoring services, then you have taken the first step necessary to succeed....

Experienced, Knowledgeable and Patient
Sharon and I have only met once through the online option (since I live in California), and it exceeded my expectations. I am a few years out of dental practice with a new job in academic dentistry, and I wanted a tutor to help me brush up my knowledge of the field. Sharon is a natural when it comes to teaching and guidance, and she is resourceful in gathering and conveying the information, whether it’s from an article online or her many years of experience. She was also very kind and patient, especially in answering any questions or concerns on my part. I highly recommend her!
