Hello, my name is Jose and I'm a recent graduate of Embry-Riddle. I have a vast amount of experience in teaching to different crowds. While in the military, I had to translate military classes from English to Spanish for military groups from South American countries. Furthermore, during my time of service overseas, I was given the opportunity to teach English to kids, young adults and adults from several countries such as Syria, Turkmenistan and Portugal. In college, I have had the pleasure of continuing to tutor and teach a variety of personalities from different backgrounds and ages.
I take a lot of pride in the work that I do. I'm very personable and I know how to get the most out of the students that I teach. I truly enjoy interacting with people of different nationalities and I make it my mission to see my student succeed. Last but not least, I am a graduate of American Military University and a soon to be graduate from Embry-Riddle University, both bachelor degrees. I am very organized, on-time, responsible and reliable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me. Hello, my name is Jose and I'm a recent graduate of Embry-Riddle. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
