I'm Hispanic of Asian descent, fluent in Spanish, and English. I have lived in more than 3 countries and have more than 15 years of tutoring experience in different subjects. I have a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineer and a Master's in Business Administration .

I have taught Computer Programming at Instituto Universitario Antonio Jose de Sucre in Venezuela, and Electronic engineering program at Instituto Universitario Tecnologico de Barinas in Venezuela. Besides that, I have more than 10 years of tutoring experience, tutoring in different classes (Mathematics, Science, English as a Foreign Language, Physics, Computer Science, Word Press, E-commerce among others).

Having parents that place a great emphasis in achieving higher education, I graduated from high school at the age of 16 years old . While studying in college, I offered individual tutoring for Spanish and English for college students and adults who wanted to improve their knowledge on the language.

After graduating as an engineer, I decided to expand my horizons in education and studied abroad in Toronto, Canada. During the time I spent studying in Canada, I worked as a tutor for a variety of subjects from foreign languages (such as Spanish) to general education (such as math, science, etc.). I also worked as an Academic Advisor’s Assistant, where I could help my fellow students in a career choice, as well as practice my office skills.

I have always enjoyed teaching and helping others to learn. I don't believe in "I can't do it" or "I can't learn." I believe that anyone can learn anything as long as he or she is willing to learn and put an effort to do so. What is different is that some people have more ability than other to learn certain tasks, but eventually, everyone can learn. It is all a matter of adapting oneself to the student's need and ability to learn.

I find a great interest in the learning process and personal growth of students and have great interest and compassion for their struggle to learn and excel themselves. I was once a student who needed some guidance, and through the help of good teachers, I was able to find a direction to my life. Thus I can feel for those students who are struggling and am always willing to offer them support and help, since once I was in the same position.

My goal is to make the students learn what they set up their mind on to learn in the first place and help them improve their condition. It is very rewarding to see that you have made a difference in their lives.

I have been a tutor for over 15 years, with a BAS in Psychology, BS in Biology & Health Science, and a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine. My students usually pull up their grades from a F up to a C+, that's how much I help them understand the subject. Eventually they reach a B or A depending on how much effort they put into it. My specialty is to adjust the teaching method on the subject, to the student's learning ability. I believe everyone can learn, they just have different ways to do it. I also focus on the student's need, which is something most students nowadays don't obtain at school from their teachers
