Hello!

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and how I might be of assistance to you and/or your child.

I graduated with a BS in Psychology in May, 2013 and I am due to graduate in May 2017 with my BS in Anthropology. I have been contingently accepted to an interdisciplinary Master's Program at USF/Saint Petersburg in psychology, anthropology and education where I will focus implementation of a new school in Pinellas County based on a no grade system of learning.

In additional to my education, I have had an wonderful and rewarding career that began in graphic design and advertising production for the print industry and over time grew to include web design, development and consulting. While a consultant for web and software design and development I also worked as a corporate trainer and volunteer taught web design. Lorie was so instrumental in helping my daughter

I have a child who has ADHD and and Math Dyslexia and Lorie saved the day. My daughter is in IB program so the higher level math is challenging with a learning disability. Lorie found a way to take her from a D to a B in a short period of time. I highly recommend her!!

Dedicated, Compassionate and Results Oriented Tutor

My 4th grader has been working with Lorie for about 5-6 months now. We started at the end of 3rd grade and worked through the Summer. What a difference it's made. My struggling little guy is pulling A's now on his tests, his stress level has decreased and so has mine. Lorie has a way of catering her style to the childs needs and learning preferences. This is key, since no two children are alike. We are eternially grateful.

I have appreciated Lorie's flexibility with scheduling and her willingness to find a spot. She is also a nice person and relates well to teenagers.
