My name is Jean-Claude. For more than fifty years I have lived in a french country. I received a french education from my pre-K to college. I studied statistics, accounting, and economics.
I went to France twice for professional formation. The first time I stayed two months in Bordeaux and the second time I lived for ten months in Paris to have a specialization in Development Projects Analysis. Before leaving my country to the United States I have taught for seven years at the Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine School, Haiti State University. I have been living in Florida, USA, since 2004.
My tutoring methods will vary according to each student because a solid formation in French will be my first priority. My students should be able to read, understand, write, and speak French within a short period of time. Practicing is the key to learn and be fluent in a foreign language. My students and I will be focused on practicing.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
