Hi, I'm Xiara! I am very passionate about nursing. I have 7+ years of experience as an LPN and RN combined. I have worked in units ranging all the way from ED, ICU, Medical Telemetry, Medical Surgical, PCU, Clinical OBS, all the way to Dialysis, both inpatient and outpatient. Hi, I'm Xiara! I am very passionate about nursing. I have 7+ years of experience as an LPN and RN combined. I have worked in units ranging all the way from ED, ICU, Medical Telemetry, Medical Surgical, PCU, Clinical OBS, all the way to Dialysis, both inpatient and outpatient. I have extensive clinical nursing knowledge and skills. Part of being a great nurse is being able to apply the knowledge to real-world situations. My experience in healthcare will help me guide you to be able to do the same. I passed both the NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN on the first try. Ask about a discount for multiple sessions ($60/hr).

Custom Study Guides (discounted rate-ask!)- I can provide custom study guides curated to your classroom content if you feel you are not understanding the information. I can also provide study guides on HESI content to support your learning. If you need a "crash course" let me know! I will provide a PDF doc of the guide after our session for you to keep.

As an experienced charge nurse, and Assistant Nurse Manager, I am passionate about teaching others. I have tutored children of all ages and in all grades, precepted nursing students, tutored students in Spanish, and more. I have also tutored children with disabilities ranging from autism to ADHD. I have also tutored students one-on-one with special IEP's in grade school. My love for learning and teaching pushes me to help others improve their overall experience with education and their test-taking skills.

My first session had a lot of information that needed to be discussed. Prior to the session, Xiara had created a guide with the study topics. In my first session, I didn't get the opportunity to fully experience her full teaching potential. She followed back up with me and went above and beyond to figure out a way to meet my learning needs.
