I am a Graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2006) who was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar. Worked 2 years as a legal assistant at a private law firm in Northern Virginia. I have worked in the Virginia State Court system for over 5 years, and currently in the Federal Court System.

I am also a graduate of Methodist College with a Major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. I was admitted to the Criminal Justice Honor society. I have worked and taught in the Criminal Justice field for well over 15 years.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Bar Exam

After completing Law School in 2006, I was employed at Nageotte, Nageotte, & Nageotte, LLC as a legal assistant. I successfully completed the 2009 District of Columbia Bar Exam and was admitted to the DC Bar. I have maintained an active membership in the DC Bar since 2009. I have taken and completed bar prep courses offered through BarBri, Study Group and utilized private bar tutoring. I have worked and taught in the Criminal Justice field for well over 15 years.
